In the study, quantitative research design was implemented. ‘Hidden Curriculum Scale’ developed by Akbulut and Aslan (2006) was used as the data gathering instrument. Data was gathered from a workgroup of 329 teacher candidates who took formation education given at the Faculty of Education at Adnan Menderes University in 2015-2016 Academic year. The findings of the study indicate that teacher candidates have a more positive view of the hidden curriculum of formation education than their undergraduate education. Male candidates are more satisfied with undergraduate education than female candidates. Single teacher candidates have a more positive view of undergraduate and formation hidden curriculum than married ones. Undergraduate and formation hidden curriculum perceptions made meaningful differences on teacher candidates who graduated from different departments.
