HİLAL DERGİSİ ÖRNEĞİNDE İDEOLOJİK İZLENİMLER: DERGİNİN ÇEVİRİ FAALİYETLERİNE VE ÇEVİRİ POLİTİKASINA GENEL BAKIŞ (1960-1980)

Abstract
1958 Yılında yayın faaliyetlerine başlayan Hilal Dergisi, “ Dini, İlmi, Siyasi, Aylık Mecmua” olarak yayın hayatına girmiştir. Dönemsel olarak adını değiştirmiş olsa da toplumsal ve siyasal olaylara kayıtsız kalamayan ve bütün olayları, dinin, İslam’ın gücüyle açıklamaya çalışan dergi, yayın faaliyetlerini, bu kapsamda gerçekleştirmiştir. Dini yaklaşımını bir ideolojiye dönüştüren Hilal Dergisi, mevcut dönemin en çok çeviri faaliyetlerinde bulunan İslami dergilerdendir. Derginin çeviri faaliyetlerine önem vermesi ve bu çevirilerle, derginin belli bir ideolojiyi yayma gibi bir amacının var olduğu görüşü, çeviri faaliyetlerini ve politikasını analiz etme gereksinimini oluşturmuştur. Çalışmanın yapılmasındaki amaç ise, Hilal Dergisinin belli bir hedef ve ideoloji doğrultusunda çeviri faaliyetlerini gerçekleştirdiğini ortaya koymak ve dönemin siyasi hareketliliğinden etkilenerek politikanın çevirisini ve ideolojik çeviriyi gerçekleştirdiğini gösterilebilmektir.

Abstract
Having started publishing activities in 1958, Hilal Journal entered publication life as Religious, Scientific, Political, Monthly Journal. The journal which has changed its name periodically, but could not remain indifferent to social and political events and has tried to explain all events depending on the religion and Islam, has carried out its publishing in this scope. The journal, which transforms the religious approach into an ideology, is one of the most active Islamic journals in translation activities in that period. The idea that the journal attaches importance to the translation activities and with these translations, the Journal has a purpose like spreading a certain ideology and created the need to analyze the translation activities and politics. The aim of this study is to reveal that Hilal Journal carries out translation activities in the direction of a certain goal and ideology and to prove that it has carried out translation of policy and ideological translation with the influence of the political movements of the period.
