JAPONYA EĞİTİM SİSTEMİ İÇERİSİNDE GİRİŞİMCİLİK BECERİSİNİN YERİ VE ÖNEMİ: ÖĞRETİM İÇERİKLERİ VE ÖRNEK UYGULAMALAR

Abstract
Ülkeler girişimcilik eğitimini ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda şekillendirmekte ve eğitim sistemi içerisine dâhil etmektedirler. Sosyokültürel, ekonomik, demografik nedenlerden kaynaklanan sorunlara çözüm yolu bulmak için politika yapıcılar tarafından girişimcilik eğitimi bir araç olarak kullanılmaktadır. Özellikle bu problemlerin inovatif bir şekilde eğitim odaklı çıktıları insanların gelecek yaşantısı için önem arz etmektedir. PISA ve TIMSS gibi uluslararası araştırmalarda ilk sıralarda yer alan Japonya araştırmaya konu edilmiştir. Bu bağlamda Japon toplumu, sosyokültürel yaşantısı, ekonomisi, teknolojik yapılanması ile dünyada dikkat çekici bir yapıya sahiptir. Ülkede karşılaşılan problemlerin çözümüne ilişkin önemli bir araç olarak görülen girişimcilik eğitimi adeta ülkenin genel kültürüne dönüşmüştür. Bu nedenle kültüre ait özelliklerin eğitim öğretim ortamına yansıması ve eğitimde girişimcilik uygulamalarının neler olduğu araştırmacılarda merak uyandırmıştır. Araştırmada Japonya’daki eğitim-öğretim faaliyetleri girişimcilik eğitimi bağlamında ele alınmış “Japonya’da girişimcilik eğitiminin yeri ve neden önemli olduğu? Girişimcilik eğitiminin nasıl gerçekleştirildiği? Girişimcilik becerisinin kazandırılmasında hangi yöntemlerin uygulandığı?” gibi sorulara cevap aranmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırma süresince nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden birisi olan döküman incelem yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Verilerin elde edilmesinde döküman incelem formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın analiz süreci betimsel analiz ve içerik analizi kullanılarak tamamlanmıştır.

Abstract
Entrepreneurship training is shaped in line with the needs of countries and included in the education system. Entrepreneurship education can be used as a tool by policy makers to find solutions to problems arising from sociocultural, economic and demographic reasons. In particular, the innovative education-oriented outputs of these problems are important for the future life of people. Japan, which is among the pioneers of international studies such as PISA and TIMSS, has been the subject of the research. In this context, Japan is a remarkable country in the world in terms of its socio-cultural life, economy and technological structure. Entrepreneurship education, which is seen as an important tool for solving the problems encountered in the country, has almost turned into the culture of the country. The reflection of this culture on the educational environment and the entrepreneurial practices in education aroused curiosity. In this research, education-training activities in Japan are discussed in the context of entrepreneurship education. Answers to the following questions were sought. What is the place and importance of entrepreneurship education in Japan? How is entrepreneurship training carried out? Which methods are used to gain entrepreneurship skills? During the research process, document analysis was preferred among the qualitative research methods and the data were obtained through the document review form. Descriptive analysis and content analysis were used to analyze the data.
