SOSYOLOJİ ALANINDA YAYINLANMIŞ AİLE İÇİ ŞİDDET KONULU ARAŞTIRMA MAKALELERİNİN GENEL GÖRÜNÜMÜ: BİBLİYOMETRİK BİR ANALİZ

Abstract
Aile içi şiddet cinsiyeti, dili, dini, etnik kökeni, sosyal sınıfı ve statüsü ne olursa olsun her bireyin yüz yüze kalabileceği toplumsal bir sorundur. Bu sebeple yıllar boyunca çeşitli disiplinlerde çok sayıda bilimsel araştırmaya konu olmuş ve ortaya çıkan büyük hacimli bilimsel bilgi birikimi bu alanda yapılacak bir literatür taramasını araştırmacılar için zorlaştırmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, sosyoloji alanında gerçekleştirilmiş aile içi şiddet temalı bilimsel araştırmaların genel bir resmini sunmaktır. Çalışmada, ilgili literatürün sosyal, entelektüel ve kavramsal yapısını ortaya çıkarmak için bibliyometrik analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Web of Science veri tabanından elde edilen 483 makaleyi içeren veri setine VOSviewer yazılımı yardımıyla atıf, ortak-atıf, kaynakça eşleşmesi, ortak-yazar ve ortak-kelime analizleri uygulanmıştır. Bu şekilde elde edilen ağ haritaları sayesinde araştırma alanındaki örüntüler makro düzeyde bir yaklaşımla belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada ulaşılan bulgulara göre; ilgili araştırma alanındaki baskın dil İngilizcedir. En etkili yazar Richard Gelles, en etkili dergi Journal of Marriage and Family, en etkili üniversite University of Rhode Island ve en etkili ülke ABD’dir. Aile içi şiddet temalı sosyoloji makalelerinin sayısı düzenli olarak artma eğilimindedir. Alanın bilgi tabanını oluşturan makalelerde toplumsal cinsiyet, ataerkil ideoloji, statü farklılıkları, cinsiyet rolleri, risk faktörleri, güç ve kontrol, şiddet döngüsü, kimlik politikaları gibi konular işlenmiştir. Araştırma alanının sosyal ağ haritası, diğer ülkelerle en çok iş birliği yapan ülkenin ABD olduğunu göstermektedir. Araştırma alanının kavramsal yapısını, toplumsal cinsiyet eşitsizliği, hegemonik erkeklik, aile, yakın partner şiddeti, kadın cinayeti, çocuk istismarı, şiddet döngüsü, göçmen, kadının güçlendirilmesi, toplumsal değişme, gençlik, sosyal düzensizlik, cinsiyete dayalı şiddet ve feminizm gibi temalar oluşturmaktadır.

Abstract
Domestic violence is a social problem that every individual can face, regardless of gender, language, religion, ethnic origin, social class and status. For this reason, it has been the subject of many scientific studies in various disciplines over the years, and the large volume of scientific knowledge that has emerged has made it difficult for researchers to search the literature in this field. The purpose of this study is to present a general picture of domestic violence-themed scientific research in the field of sociology. In the study, bibliometric analysis method was used to reveal the social, intellectual and conceptual structure of the related literature. With the help of VOSviewer software citation, co-citation, bibliographic coupling, co-author and co-word analyzes were applied to the data set containing 483 articles obtained from the Web of Science database. Thanks to the network maps obtained in this way, the patterns in the research area were determined with a macro-level approach. According to the findings of the study, the dominant language in the relevant research area is English. The most influential author is Richard Gelles, the most influential journal is the Journal of Marriage and Family, the most influential university is the University of Rhode Island, and the most influential country is the USA. The number of sociology articles on domestic violence tends to increase regularly. In the articles that constituted the knowledge base of the field, topics such as gender, patriarchal ideology, status differences, gender roles, risk factors, power and control, cycle of violence, identity politics were covered. The social network map of the research area shows that the country that cooperates most with other countries is the USA. The conceptual structure of the research area consists of themes such as gender inequality, hegemonic masculinity, family, intimate partner violence, femicide, child abuse, cycle of violence, immigrants, women empowerment, social change, youth, social disorganization, gender-based violence and feminism.
