İHRACAT YAPAN İŞLETMELERİN SAHİP OLDUĞU KAYNAKLAR VE YETENEKLERİN İHRACAT PERFORMANSINA ETKİSİ: TRB1 BÖLGESİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract
Küreselleşen dünya ekonomilerinde ihracat, her geçen gün önemini daha da artırmaktadır. İhracatın işletmeler için bu kadar mühim olduğu bir dönemde işletmelerin ihracat performanslarını artıran etkenleri belirlemeleri gerekmektedir. İşletmeler üstün bir performansa ulaşmaları için kendi kaynak ve yeteneklerini kullanarak, taklidi güç kaynaklara ve yetenekli işgücüne sahip olması kritik derecede önemlidir. TRB1 bölgesi (Malatya, Elazığ, Bingöl, Tunceli) ülkemizde en az ihracat yapan bölgelerden biri olup ihracat yapan işletmeler genelde mikro ve küçük ölçekli işletmelerdir. Araştırmada ileri sürülmüş olan hipotezleri test etmek amacıyla TRB1 bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren 197 ihracatçı işletmeden 112 sine ulaşılarak anket verileri toplanmıştır. Ankete katılım oranı %57 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Toplanan veriler SPSS 23.0 paket programında analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarında literatüre katkı açısından önemli bulgulara ulaşılmış ve ihracat yapan işletmelerin sahip oldukları kaynaklar ve yeteneklerin ihracat performansına etkisi olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
In the globalizing world economies, export is increasing its importance day by day. In a period when exports are so important for their businesses, they need to identify the factors that increase their export performance. It is critical for businesses to have imitation power supplies and capable power, using their own resources and facilities to achieve superior performance. The owner of TRB1 region (Malatya, Elazig, Bingol, Tunceli) is one of the least exporters and the exporting enterprises are generally micro and small outgoing enterprises. In order to test the hopes put forward in the research, survey data were collected by reaching 112 out of 197 exporting enterprises operating in the TRB1 region. The rate of participation in the survey was determined as 57%. The collected contents were analyzed with SPSS 23.0 package details. In the results of the research, significant effects have been reached in terms of contribution to the literature and it has been concluded that the resources and skills of the exporting enterprises have an effect on the export performance.
