Abstract
Osmanlı hukuk litaretüründe, ölen kişilerin geride bıraktıkları mal varlıklarını gösterir belgeler olan muhallefat defterleri, dönemin sosyo-ekonomik yaşamına dair çok önemli bilgiler barındırmaktadır. Bu bağlamda tarih araştırmaları için değerli kayıtlar olarak görülmektedir. Osmanlı maliyesinin buhranlı bir dönemi olan Abdülmecid devri onca ekonomik sıkıntılara rağmen borçlanarak dahi olsa sarayların köşklerin yapıldığı, batı yaşam tarzının abartıldığı bir dönem olmuştur. Makale konusu olarak müsrifliğin abartıldığı böyle bir dönemde saraylı bir kadının, ömrünün sonuna kadar Sultan Abdülmecid’in başkadınlığını yapmış olan meşhur Kafkas asilzadelerinden Çerkasski Hanedanı’na mensup Servetseza’nın muhallefatını değerlendirmek uygun bulunmuştur. Zira merhumenin geride bıraktığı borçları muhallefat değerinden çok fazladır. Araştırmanın ana kaynağını olan arşiv belgelerine T.C. Cumhurbaşkanlığı Devlet Arşivleri Başkanlığı’nda yapılan tarama sonucu ulaşılmıştır. Servetseza kadın ile ilgili yapılan taramada toplam 133 dosya çıkmıştır. Bu belgelerden konumuz gereği ölümünden sonraki yani muhallefatı ile ilgili tespit ettiğimiz 26 ayrı dosyada yer alan belgeler incelenerek transkript edilmiş ve değerlendirmeleri yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın Osmanlı hanedanlığının sosyo-ekonomik yaşantısı üzerine yapılacak olan çalışmalara katkı sağlayacağı ümit edilmektedir.

Abstract
The muhallefat records, which are documents showing the assets left behind by the deceased, contain very important information about the socio-economic life of the period. In this sense, they are valuable records for historical research. The era of Abdülmecid, which was a depressed period of the Ottoman finances, was a period in which palaces, mansions were built, and the western lifestyle was exaggerated, even with debt, despite all the economic difficulties. As the subject of the article, in such a period when extravagance was exaggerated, we found it appropriate to evaluate the opposition of a woman from the palace, Servetseza, who was a member of the Cherkassky Dynasty, one of the famous Caucasian nobles who had served as the head of Abdulmecid until the end of her life. The archival documents, which are the main source of the research, were reached as a result of the scanning made in the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey State Archives. A total of 133 files were found in the search conducted on the Servetseza woman. From these documents, 26 different files, which we identified after her death, that is, related to her muhallefat, were analyzed and transcribed. We hope that the study will contribute to the studies on the socio-economic life of the Ottoman dynasty.
