Abstract
Bu araştırmada katılımcı görüşleri bağlamında Elazığ İl Müftülüğü 4-6 yaş Kur’an kurslarındaki değerler eğitimi uygulamalarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın amacına uygun olarak nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden içerik analizi yöntemi ile veriler analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu 2018-2019 yılında Elazığ İl Müftülüğünde, 4-6 yaş Kur’an kurslarında görev yapan 20 öğreticiden oluşmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan kişiler tamamen gönüllülük esası ile çalışmada yer almışlardır. Analiz sonucunda ulaşılan veriler, değerler eğitiminin okul öncesi dönemde çok gerekli olduğu sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır. Değerler eğitimi kapsamında en fazla sevgi, saygı, dürüstlük, sorumluluk, Allah sevgisi, Peygamber sevgisi, vatan sevgisi, yardımlaşma, hoşgörü ve paylaşma değerlerine yer verdiklerini belirtmişlerdir. Değerler eğitimi içeriklerini daha çok drama etkinliklerinde ve oyun etkinliklerinde işledikleri, değerler eğitimi kapsamında cami ziyaretleri, tarihi yerleri ziyaret, resmi kurum ve kuruluşlara yönelik geziler düzenleyerek değerler eğitiminin daha kalıcı hale geldiğini ifade etmişlerdir. Ailenin değerler eğitimi sürecinde aktif katılım sağlamasının oldukça önemli olduğunu, değerlerin kazandırılmasında öğrenci ve aile kaynaklı nedenlerden, sınıfların fiziki şartlarından materyal eksikliğinden, medyanın olumsuz etkisinden dolayı zorlandıkları sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
In this research, it is aimed to examine the values education practices in the 4-6 year old Qur'an courses in Elazig Provincial Mufti in the context of participant opinions. In accordance with the purpose of the study, the data were analyzed with the content analysis method, one of the qualitative research methods. The study group of the research consists of 20 instructors working in the Qur'an courses for the ages of 4-6 in Elazig Provincial Mufti in 2018-2019. A semi-structured interview form was used as a data collection tool. The people who participated in the study took part in the study on a completely voluntary basis. The data obtained as a result of the analysis revealed that values education is very necessary in the pre-school period. They stated that they mostly included the values of love, respect, honesty, responsibility, love of God, love of the Prophet, patriotism, cooperation, tolerance and sharing within the scope of values education. They stated that values education has become more permanent by processing the contents of values education mostly in drama activities and game activities, and by organizing visits to mosques, historical places, and official institutions and organizations within the scope of values education. It has been concluded that the active participation of the family in the values education process is very important, and that they have difficulties in gaining values due to student and family reasons, the physical conditions of the classrooms, the lack of materials, and the negative effect of the media.
