      <title>Mollah ‘İsam and His Work with the Name of Manzumetu’l-Elğazi’n-Nahviyye</title>

      <description>‘İsam Abdulmelik b. Cemaliddin el-İsami b. Sadriddin b. ‘İsamiddin el-İsferayini The Mollah was born in Mecca as a child of a family, which was accepted as the center of science, in 978/1570. ‘İsam The Mollah who started Arabic training with his father and uncle from the smaller ages  received the training from many scholars. After his discipleship life that he finished with the great sacrifices, his famous spread, and he gained the scholars’ complaisance. ‘İsam The Mollah who made all of his time died in Madinah in 1037/1628 as he had more than sixty works and hundreds of disciples’ training in his short life as being fifty eight years. One those works belonging to him is the booklet with the name of Manzûmetu’l-Elğâzi’n-Nahviyye. This booklet consists of forty couplets and includes forty nine riddles. These riddles are nothing more than the syntax issues which are not common among the linguists, exceptional and rare usages, the subjects which are contrary to the view of majority and the wordbooks of Arabic tribes which are unknown well. In this study, the information was given about ‘İsam The Mollah and his work with the name of Manzûmetu’l-Elğâzi’n-Nahviyye. The subject of poetic riddles in the introduction section of study was considered before starting this work related to the syntax riddles, and this word’s lexical and technical meanings were emphasized. Furthermore, the information was given about the beginning of poetic riddle in The Arabic literature and grammar. Moreover, ‘İsam The Mollah’s comment with the name of Şerhu Manzûmeti’l-Elğâzi’n-Nahviyye that he wrote it in order to explain his poem was mentioned briefly. Furthermore, the information was given about the principles of syntax science that ‘İsam The Mollah based it as making his poetic riddles. </description>

      <description>The aim of this study is to examine the researches based on the usage of the assessment and evaluation techniques by teachers according to the determined criteria. In this research on which based survey model, basic principles of document analysis have been adopted. 82 theses which were published between 2005-2018 in National Thesis Center were examined. According to the findings, it was found that the studies including teachers' opinions were at the forefront as research subjects; and most of the publications were made between 2008-2010. It has been determined that the studies are centered upon in Marmara, Gazi and Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart universities and most of the studies are carried out in social sciences and educational sciences institutes. In surveys where quantitative and mixed methods are more preferred, survey and interview technique are mostly use data collection tools. It was determined that as the sample groups, with classroom teachers, preservice teachers, social studies and science teachers were mostly studied; in the analysis of the data, t-test, anova, content and descriptive analysis techniques were used extensively. It is considered that the findings will clear up the researches that will be done in the future.</description>

      <description>Gaius Sallustius Crispus is a well-known Roman history writer, who wrote the political and moral aspects of the Roman Empire’s Republican Era. The Author approached the political incidents between the years BC 78-67 in his work titled Historiae. Sallustius witnessed the erosion of Senate’s dominance, the war against Sertorius (BC 80-72), slave wars (BC 73-72), the wars against pirates and the wars against Mithridates and Catilina revolt.In this study the speech of Lucius Marcius Philippus given in Senate in Latin is translated into Turkish which was included in Sallustius’ work titled “Historiae”, and it was approached considering the period’s events. Sallustius had wrote Philippus’ speech in a lively and fluent wording.In the study it was also staded what kind of policy Philippus maintained in public starting from BC 91 when he became consul.</description>

      <description>The multi-national structure of the Ottoman State has begun to deteriorate with the declining of the state's power. Along with this deterioration, the great states began to form religious, political and economic interests on the non-Muslim nations of the Ottoman State. The Armenian issue took place at the beginning of the developments that Western powers put forward in this context. In the context of the “Armenian İssue”, which was 1877-1878 Ottoman-Russian War (93 Wars) in the Berlin Treaty (article 61) and in the political literatures, the Ottoman Empire, the issue of making reforms in places has come to the agenda. The work which was written by Ludovic de Contenson in 1913 in the name of “Les Reformes en Turquie d’Asie: La question Armenienne, La question Syrienne” The author Contenson visited the regions where the Armenians lived intensively in Anatolia and observed the socio-cultural characteristics of the Armenians and prepared population statistics for the eastern provinces of the Ottoman Empire. This French article, which was the subject of the presentation, was translated into Turkish by Ragıb Rıfkı in 1913. By analyzing this work which has not been used previously academic work in the context of the Armenian issue, Anatolian Reform, will be tried to be viewed with the view of foreign historian and traveler. Through the statistical data in the work, will be determined during the emergence of the Armenian İssue’s the population status of Armenians and other non-Muslim communities in the Ottoman geography. In addition, the population statistics of the general Ottoman geography in the work will be analyzed and contributed to the existing information on the regional distribution of Muslim and non-Muslim Ottoman elements in the late 19th century. </description>
