Abstract
Çalışmanın temel amacı, girişimcilik yönelimi ile işletme performansı arasında ilişkiyi ampirik literatür incelemesi yaparak araştırmaktır. Bu amaç, girişimcilik yöneliminin işletme performansı üzerine etkisini finansal ve finansal olmayan boyutlara ayırarak incelenmiştir. Literatürden seçilen girişimcilik yönelimi ve işletme performansı ampirik çalışmaları, bu çalışmanın amacına uygun şekilde analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma, girişimcilik yöneliminin işletmelerin finansal ve finansal olmayan performans üzerine etkisinde tutarlılık ve netlik olmadığını göstermiştir. Ancak, girişimcilik yöneliminin işletme performansına doğrudan veya dolaylı katkı sağladığı literatürden anlaşılmaktadır. Bu sonuca ilave olarak, girişimcilik yönelimin işletme performansı üzerine olumlu etkilerinin kısa dönemde ortaya çıkmayacağı, orta ve uzun dönemde ortaya çıkacağı da ampirik çalışmalar da vurgulanmıştır.

Abstract
The main purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurship orientation and business performance by conducting an empirical literature review. This aim was managed by examining the effects of the entrepreneurship orientation on the business performance being separated into the financial and non-financial dimensions. Entrepreneurship orientation and performance empirical studies selected from the literature were analysed according to the purpose of this study. The study showed that there was no consistency and clarity in the effects of entrepreneurship orientation on the financial and non-financial performance of businesses. However, it was understood from the literature that entrepreneurship orientation contributes directly or indirectly to business performance. In addition to this result, some empirical studies suggested that the positive effects of entrepreneurship orientation will not appear in a short period of time, but in a longer period of time.
