Abstract
Yapılan bu çalışmada, Türkiye Yeterlilikler Çerçevesinde yer alan “Kültürel farkındalık ve ifade” yetkinliği içerisindeki müzik öğrenim alanına ait hedef kazanımların gerçekleştirilmesinde “Melodika” çalgısının öğretim programına uygunluğu ve yeterliğinin belirlenmesi amacı benimsenmiştir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, sınıf çalgısı olarak melodikanın kullanımı sonucunda öğretim programı kazanımlarının ne derecede gerçekleştirildiği ve melodika çalgısının bu öğretim sürecindeki yeterlik durumunun ne olduğu soruları bu araştırmanın problem durumunu ortaya koymaktadır. Bu çalışmada, var olan bir durumu olduğu şekliyle betimlenmesi amaçlandığından tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Melodika çalgısının müzik dersi hedeflerinin gerçekleştirilmesindeki yeterliğinin incelendiği bu araştırmada, tarama modeli içerisinde katılımcıların görüşlerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla 15 sorudan oluşan bir anket kullanılmış ve veriler elde edilmiştir. Oluşturulan ankette katılımcıların belirtilen maddeleri en az 1 en çok 5 olmak üzere katılmıyorum ifadesinden katılıyorum ifadesine doğru derecelendirmelerden birisini işaretleri istenilmiştir. Yapılan ankete 80 müzik öğretmeni katılmıştır. Genel olarak elde edilen veriler incelendiğinde, melodika çalgısının müzik öğretmenleri tarafından sınıf çalgısı olarak kullanıldığı ve bu doğrultuda sınıf çalgısı olarak da melodikanın kullanımının uygun olduğu yargısından hareketle müzik dersi öğretim programının gerçekleştirilmesi konusunda melodika çalgısının %66,6 düzeyinde yeterli bir çalgı olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
In this study, the aim of determining the suitability and proficiency of the "Melodika" instrument was adopted in realizing the target acquisitions of the field of music education within the competence of "cultural awareness and expression" in the Turkish Qualifications Framework. In line with this purpose, the questions of how well the curriculum gains are achieved as a result of the use of the melodica as a classroom instrument and what is the proficiency of the melodica instrument in this teaching process reveal the problem situation of this research. In this study, survey model was used since it is aimed to describe an existing situation as it is. In this research, in which the efficacy of the melodica instrument in achieving the music lesson goals was examined, a questionnaire consisting of 15 questions was used in order to determine the opinions of the participants within the survey model and the data were obtained. In the questionnaire created, the participants were asked to mark one of the correct ratings from the statement I disagree to the statement I agree, with the specified items being minimum 1 and maximum 5. 80 music teachers participated in the survey. When the data obtained in general are examined, it is seen that the melodica instrument is used as a classroom instrument by music teachers and in this direction, it was concluded that the melodica instrument is an adequate instrument at the level of 66.6% for the realization of the music lesson curriculum, based on the judgment that the use of the melodica as a classroom instrument is appropriate.
