Abstract

Most of the Armenians, who emigrated from Ottoman lands to New World America, had not forgotten the place from where they came. They cold understand that in which condition the Ottoman Empire was in, so they didn't want to take part in what the other Armenians did as being against to Ottoman. One of the Armenians who could realize that the others were going into dark ways, was Kiragos Kalenciyan. He sent a denunciation letter from America to the Ottoman Sultan about in America, what was being planned by the Armenians and how this plan would be taken in action for damaging the Ottoman cities. By interpreting this letter, we will be able to understand the way that the Armenians Committees had used, for being organised in Ottoman cities in the intend of insurrections
