The purpose of this research is to analyze the disciplinary problems encountered in project schools from the perspective of school administrators. The participants of the study consisted of 12 school administrators working as administrators in four project schools in a city center. Criterion sampling technique was used to determine the participants. Data were collected through a semi-structured interview form. n the analysis of data, descriptive and content analysis techniques were used together. The findings are presented in the form of themes, sub-themes and codes. In the study, it was concluded that the disciplinary problems encountered in the project schools and the disciplinary problems encountered in other schools were similar, the sources of the disciplinary problems were similar and the approach of the school administrators or teachers to these problems was similar. In the last stage of the research, the results of the research were discussed with the related literature and some suggestions were made.
