YURT DIŞINDA YAŞAYAN TÜRK ÇOCUKLARI İÇİN DİNLEME BECERİSİNE YÖNELİK BAŞARI TESTİ GELİŞTİRİLMESİ ÇALIŞMASI

Abstract
Bu araştırma, yurt dışında yaşayan Türk çocuklarının dinleme becerilerine yönelik geçerliliği ve güvenilirliği alınmış bir başarı testi geliştirme çalışmasıdır. Araştırmanın modeli nicel çalışmalarda kullanılan tarama desenlidir. Çalışmanın evrenini yurt dışında yaşayan Türk çocuklar oluştururken, çalışmanın örneklem boyutunu Stuttgart eğitim bölgesindeki Türk çocukları oluşturmaktadır. Testin oluşmasında 4 farklı aşama takip edilmiştir. Metin seçimi ve metinlerin kapsam geçerliliğini alma aşaması, madde yazımı ve kapsam geçerliliğinin yer aldığı testin oluşturulduğu aşama, pilot uygulama ve ana uygulamanın yer aldığı aşamalardır. Bu süreçte elde edilen veriler istatistiki olarak analiz edilmiştir. Testlerin normalliğine bakılmış ve testler arasında Pearson korelasyon katsayısı pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı düzeyde (r=0,662) olduğu görülmüştür. Yapılan analizlerde testin kapsam geçerliliği alınmıştır. Testin güvenirliliği için ölçme aracı maddelerinin heterojen olduğu durumlarda kullanılan ve 1 ve 0 doğru yanlış testleri için uygulanan KR-20 değeri KR-20= ,73 olarak bulunmuştur. Bu haliyle yurt dışında yaşayan Türk çocukları üzerinde hazırlanan dinleme becerisine yönelik 21 maddeden oluşan bu başarı testi geliştirilmiştir.

Abstract
This research is a study to develop a validated and reliable achievement test for listening skills of Turkish children living abroad. The research model is a survey design used in quantitative studies. While the population of the study consists of Turkish children living abroad, the sample size of the study consists of Turkish children in the Stuttgart education region. Four different stages were followed in the development of the test. These stages included text selection and the stage of obtaining content validity of the texts, the stage where the test was created including item writing and content validity, pilot application and main application. The data obtained in this process were statistically analyzed. The normality of the tests was checked and the Pearson correlation coefficient between the tests was found to be positive and significant (r=0.662). The content validity of the test was taken in the analyzes. For the reliability of the test, the KR-20 value, which is used in cases where the items of the measurement tool are heterogeneous and applied for 1 and 0 true and false tests, was found to be KR-20= ,73. In this way, this achievement test consisting of 21 items for listening skills was developed for Turkish children living abroad.
