MESLEKİ MÜZİK EĞİTİMİNDE ETİK SORUMLULUKLAR

Abstract
Bu araştırmada amaç, mesleki müzik eğitiminde etik sorumlulukların temel ilkelerini ve yaklaşımlarını ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmanın odak noktası, mesleki müzik eğitiminde karşılaşılan etik meselelerin belirlenmesi ve bu meselelerin eğitmenler, öğrenciler ve eğitim kurumları açısından nasıl ele alındığının analiz edilmesidir. Araştırmada mesleki müzik eğitimi öznelinde bireysel hakları koruma, çeşitliliğe saygı gösterme ve adaletli bir öğrenme ortamı sağlama gibi etik yükümlülüklerle ilişkisini tartışmıştır. Müzik eğitiminin ticari yönü ile sanatın ve kültürün korunması arasındaki denge de bu çalışmanın önemli bir boyutudur. Mesleki müzik eğitimi, salt teknik becerilerin kazandırıldığı bir alan olmanın ötesinde, bireylerin sanatsal ve kültürel kimliklerini geliştirdikleri, toplumsal değerlerle etkileşimde bulundukları önemli bir süreçtir. Müzik eğitimi bireyleri özgür düşünceye, sanatsal dürüstlüğe ve çeşitliliğe saygı göstermeye, toplumsal sorumluluklarını anlamaya teşvik etmektir. Bu bağlamda müzik eğitimi süreci içerisinde etik sorumluluklar, eğitimin her boyutunda ve dalında olduğu gibi müzik eğitiminde de oldukça önemli bir yer tutar. Çalışma, nitel bir desene sahip olup veriler doküman inceleme yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda mesleki müzik eğitiminin tüm bileşenlerinin sahip olması gereken etik sorumluluklar detaylıca belirtilmiştir. En çok karşılaşılan etik ilkelerin adalet, saygı ve hoşgörü çeperinde şekillendiği görülmüştür. Araştırmanın sonuçlarından hareketle müzik öğretmenlerine, akademisyenlere ve eğitim kurumlarına etik uygulamaların güçlendirilmesine, müzik eğitiminde etik sorumlulukları daha iyi anlamak ve bu sorumlulukların öğretim süreci ile nasıl bütünleştirileceğine ilişkin öneriler geliştirilmiştir.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to outline the fundamental principles and approaches of ethical responsibilities in professional music education. The focus of the study is to identify ethical issues encountered in professional music education and analyze how these issues are addressed by educators, students, and educational institutions. The research discusses the relationship between ethical obligations such as protecting individual rights, respecting diversity, and providing a fair learning environment in the context of professional music education. The balance between the commercial aspect of music education and the preservation of art and culture is also an important dimension of this study. Professional music education goes beyond merely imparting technical skills; it is a significant process where individuals develop their artistic and cultural identities and engage with societal values. Music education aims to encourage individuals to embrace free thinking, artistic integrity, respect for diversity, and an understanding of their social responsibilities. In this context, ethical responsibilities hold a crucial place in the music education process, as they do in every aspect and branch of education. This study follows a qualitative design, and the data were obtained through document analysis. Based on the findings, the ethical responsibilities that all components of professional music education should possess are elaborated in detail. It was observed that the most frequently encountered ethical principles are framed within the concepts of justice, respect, and tolerance. Based on the results of the research, suggestions have been developed for music teachers, academics, and educational institutions to strengthen ethical practices, to better understand ethical responsibilities in music education, and to integrate these responsibilities into the teaching process.
