Abstract
Günümüzde Doğu Türkistan Özerk bölgesinde yaşayan ve en eski Türk topluluklarından biri olan Uygur Türklerinin konuştukları Yeni Uygur Türkçesi, Özbek Türkçesi ve Çağatay Türkçesinin devamı olarak günümüzde varlığını sürdürmektedir. Türk şivelerinin tasnifinde Doğu Türkçesinin bir kolu olarak kabul edilen Yeni Uygur Türkçesi bugün çok geniş bir coğrafyada, büyük bir Türk nüfusu tarafından konuşulmaktadır. Yeni Uygur Türkçesi geçmişle olan bağlantısı ve konuşulduğu coğrafya gereği Arap, Fars, Çin ve Rus dillerinin etkisi altında kalmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Yeni Uygur Türkçesi söz varlığında yer alan sözcüklerin köken bilgisini araştırmaktadır. Araştırmanın sonucunda Yeni Uygur Türkçesi söz varlığında yer alan kelimelerin %77’sinin Türkçe, %11’inin Arapça, %7’sinin Farsça, %4’ünün Rusça, %1’inin Çince olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu sonuçlardan hareketle Yeni Uygur Türkçesi söz varlığının büyük bir kısmının Türkçe sözcüklerden oluştuğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca araştırmanın sonucunda Yeni Uygur Türkçesine Arapça, Farsça, Rusça ve Çince dillerinden de söz varlığına kelimeler katıldığı ve Yeni Uygur Türkçesine Arapçadan sonra en çok Farsça, Rusça kelimeler geçtiği saptanmıştır.

The New Uyghur Turkish spoken by the Uyghur Turks, one of the oldest Turkish communities living in the East Turkestan Autonomous region today, continues to exist as a continuation of Uzbek Turkish and Chagatai Turkish. New Uyghur Turkish, which is accepted as a branch of Eastern Turkish in the classification of Turkish dialects, is spoken by a large Turkish population in a very wide geography today. Due to the connection of New Uyghur Turkish with the past and the geography where it is spoken, it has been under the influence of Arabic, Persian, Russian and Chinese languages. The aim of this study is to investigate the origin of the words in the New Uyghur Turkish vocabulary. As a result of the research, it has been determined that 77% of the words in the New Uyghur Turkish vocabulary are Turkish, 11% are Arabic, 7% are Persian, 4% are Russian, and 1% are Chinese. Based on these results, it has been determined that a large part of the New Uyghur Turkish vocabulary consists of Turkish words. In addition, as a result of the research, it was determined that New Uyghur Turkish added words from Arabic, Persian, Russian and Chinese languages to its vocabulary, and Persian and Russian words were mostly used in New Uyghur Turkish after Arabic.
