KÖY OKULLARINDA GÖREV YAPAN ÖĞRETMENLERİN KÖY HALKINA YÖNELİK TUTUM ÖLÇEĞİ: GEÇERLİK VE GÜVENİRLİK ÇALIŞMASI

Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, köy okullarında görev yapan öğretmenlerin görev yaptıkları köyde yaşayan köy halkına yönelik tutumlarının ölçülmesi için güvenilir ve geçerli bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Türkiye genelinde köy okullarında görevli veya köy okullarında görev yapmış 542 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliğine ilişkin kanıtlar ortaya koymak için elde edilen veriler üzerinden Açımlayıcı ve Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda 20 maddeden oluşan üç faktörlü nihai ölçek formu, toplam varyansın %37.5’ini açıklamaktadır. Ölçeğin güvenirliğini belirlemek için hesaplanan Cronbach Alfa korelasyon katsayısı 0.83 olarak bulunmuştur. Bu bulgularla beraber ölçeğin köy okulu öğretmenlerinin köy halkına yönelik tutumlarını ortaya koymak için geçerli ve güvenilir özelliğe sahip olduğu söylenebilir.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to develop a reliable and valid scale to measure the attitudes of teachers working in village schools towards the village people living in the village where they work. The study group of the research consists of 542 teachers working in village schools or worked in village schools throughout Turkey. Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor Analysis was applied on the data obtained to reveal evidence for the construct validity of the scale. As a result of the analysis, a three-factor final scale form consisting of 20 items was obtained. It explains 37.5% of the total variance. In order to determine the reliability of the scale, the Cronbach Alpha correlation coefficient was calculated as 0.83. According to the results we meet, it can be said that the scale has a valid and reliable feature to reveal the attitudes of village school teachers towards the village people.
