Abstract
Bu çalışmada Elazığ ili Fırat Üniversitesi Spor Bilimleri Fakültesinde okuyan öğrencilerinin grup çalışması beceri düzeylerinin incelenmesini amacı taşımaktadır. Çalışmanın evrenini Fırat Üniversitesi Spor Bilimleri Fakültesinde okuyan 1426 öğrenci oluşurken, örneklemini ise tesadüfi yöntem ile seçilen 205 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Grup Çalışması Beceri Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Grup Çalışması Becerileri Ölçeği’nin Türkçe formu iki faktörlü ve 10 maddeden oluşmaktadır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS 22.0 paket programı kullanılmış, yapılan normallik tesi sonucuna göre dağlımın normal olduğu görülmüştür. Elde edilen veriler istatistik programında frekans, yüzde, ikili karşılaştırmalarda t-testi, çoklu karşılaştırmalarda ise ANOVA testleri uygulanarak sonuçlar tablolar halinde gösterilmiştir. Gruplar arası farklılıkların belirlenmesinde ise Tukey Testinden yararlanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak; spor bilimleri fakültesi öğrencilerinin grup çalışması beceri düzeylerinin cinsiyetleri üzerinde bir etkisinin olmadığı yaşlarına göre gençlerin kişiler arası etkileşiminin fazla olduğu takım sporları branşlarında hentbol branşında olanlar kişiler arası etkileşimde daha etkili olduğu, çalışma durumlarında ise çalışanların görevlerinde, kişiler arası etkileşimde ve grup çalışması becerilerinde etkili oldukları görülmüştür.

Abstract
This study aims to examine the group work skill levels of students studying at Fırat University, Faculty of Sports Sciences in Elazığ province. While the population of the study consists of 1426 students studying at Fırat University Faculty of Sports Sciences, the sample consists of 205 students selected by random method. Group Work Skill Scale was used as a data collection tool in the study. The Turkish form of the Group Work Skills Scale consists of two factors and 10 items. SPSS 22.0 package program was used to analyze the data, and according to the normality test results, the distribution was found to be normal. The data obtained were presented in the statistics program using frequency, percentage, t-test for pairwise comparisons, and ANOVA tests for multiple comparisons, and the results were shown in tables. Tukey Test was used to determine differences between groups. As a result, the group work skill levels of the students of the faculty of sports sciences have no effect on their gender, and in team sports branches where young people have more interpersonal interaction compared to their ages, those in the handball branch are more effective in interpersonal interaction, and in working situations, they are effective in the tasks, interpersonal interaction and group work skills of the employees. It has been observed that they are.
