Music Course Activity Designed According To 5e Learning Cycle Model: “Matching Sounds Card Game” 5E ÖĞRENME DÖNGÜSÜ MODELİNE GÖRE TASARLANAN MÜZİK DERSİ ETKİNLİĞİ: “EŞLEŞEN SESLER KART OYUNU”
In the researches conducted in the last forty years, it has been determined that constructivist education approach is effective especially in science education in order to enable students to learn new concepts permanently by embodying them in their minds. 5E model leads the students to concrete learning process and enables them to produce new ideas through their experiences. Through a lesson process designed according to 5E learning model, students can be provided with permanent learning by structuring music concepts. The aim of this research is to prepare the Matching Sounds Card Game according to the 5E learning model. In the 5E model, students can easily learn the concepts in the course and their attitudes towards the course may change positively. Thus, it is possible to develop their academic success. In this study, 5E learning cycle model based on the constructivist approach for the use of music lessons was prepared and proposed by using the card game called “Matching Sounds” to obtain the stated benefits.
