In this study, a Book of Advices, whose date and author are unknown, which was included in a manuscript coded T6108 available in Istanbul University Library, and which has not yet been interpreted will be examined. In the article, the ideas championed and suggested in this Book of Advices were evaluated within the framework of Ottoman political thought. In addition, based on both the contents of the Book of Advices and the leads contained in the beginning of the manuscript, several evaluations were made about the author and dating of the book. Afterwards, the transcribed version of the book was provided. Therefore, it is aimed that the text of this Book of Advices will contribute into the studies on Ottoman political thought.},author={Fatma AKIN},year={2020},journal={Journal of History School}}
