Abstract
İnsanları iyiye, doğruya, güzele yönlendiren, onlara tavsiyelerde bulunan nasihat türü eserler; erdemli bir toplum oluşturmak, ahlaki açıdan yetkin insanlar yetiştirmek için İslam kültürü etkisindeki ilk eserlerden başlayarak Tekke - tasavvuf şiirlerinde, saz şairlerinin şiirlerinde bireysel ve toplumsal nasihat örnekleri yoğun olarak görülür. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türk halk şiirinin XX. yüzyıldaki en güçlü temsilcisi Âşık Veysel’in şiirlerinden hareketle topluma yaptığı nasihatleri tespit etmektir. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman inceleme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında Âşık Veysel’in Ümit Yaşar Oğuzcan tarafından derlenen 158 şiiri incelenmiş ve nasihat anlayışını yansıtan şiirleri seçilerek tespit edilen nasihatler sınıflandırılmıştır. Yapılan içerik analizinden elde edilen bulgulara göre şiirlerde “vefa, dürüstlük, alçak gönüllülük, birlik - beraberlik, dayanışma, sabır, okul, eğitim, cehaletle mücadele, çalışkanlık, tasarruf, cömertlik, kadere ve sevgiliye sitem, dünyanın geçiciliği, ölüm ile Atatürk, yurt ve vatan sevgisi” ile ilgili nasihatlerin ağırlıklı olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışma sonucunda sazıyla ve sözüyle halkı aydınlatan, eğiten, geleneği geçmişten günümüze taşımada önemli görevler yüklenen saz ve söz ustası Âşık Veysel’in; kendine özgü söz ve saz tavrı ile yurdun, kültürün, uygarlığın, sessiz acıların ve derin sevdaların sesi olduğu görülmüştür.

Advice-type works that direct people to the good, the right, the beautiful and give them advice; In order to create a virtuous society and to raise morally competent people, starting from the first works under the influence of Islamic culture, examples of individual and social advice are seen intensely in Tekke - Sufi poems and in the poems of saz poets. The aim of this study is to analyze the Turkish folk poetry in the XX. The most powerful representative in the 20th century is to determine the advice he gave to the society based on the poems of Âşık Veysel. In the study, document analysis technique, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. Within the scope of the research, 158 poems of Âşık Veysel compiled by Ümit Yaşar Oğuzcan (1991) were examined and the advices determined by selecting the poems reflecting the understanding of advice were classified. According to the findings obtained from the content analysis made, in the poems "loyalty, honesty, humility, unity - solidarity, solidarity, patience, school, education, struggle against ignorance, diligence, savings, generosity, reproach to fate and love, the temporality of the world, death and Atatürk, dormitory. It has been seen that the advices about “love of country and homeland” are predominant. As a result of the study, Âşık Veysel, a saz and vocal master who enlightened and educated the people with his instrument and word, and who took on important tasks in carrying the tradition from the past to the present; It has been seen that it is the voice of the country, culture, civilization, silent pain and deep love with its unique words and instrumental style.
